Most creative libraries make you hunt through hundreds of links, save clips one at a time, and then forget where any of them came from.
So we opened ours.
Below is a preview of the reaction footage we keep around when we need a scroll-stopping face, gesture, or opening beat. The complete pack contains 108 unique reaction video clips, and you can download the entire thing in one ZIP.
A fast preview of the 108 UGC reaction clips in the free Ghostfeed pack.No email gate. No form. The button downloads the full pack directly.
What is inside the reaction library?
The pack is deliberately broad. It is not 108 versions of the same surprised face. You will find reactions that can open an ad, interrupt a product demo, create a before-and-after beat, or make a line of on-screen text feel more human.
| What you get | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Surprise and disbelief | Open a discovery hook or reveal an unexpected product result |
| Excitement and celebration | Land a win, payoff, transformation, or social-proof moment |
| Confusion and skepticism | Set up a problem, objection, myth, or "I did not believe this" hook |
| Frustration and disappointment | Dramatize the old way before showing the product fix |
| Curiosity and attention shifts | Point the viewer toward text, a screen recording, or a product detail |
| Quiet, deadpan reactions | Add contrast when an exaggerated performance would feel forced |
The files retain their original names so you can search the folder, make your own collections, or hand the pack to an editor without rebuilding the archive.
Why reaction footage works in short-form creative
A reaction is compressed context. Before the viewer knows the product, the face tells them how to interpret what comes next.
That is useful because a strong short-form opening has almost no time to do its job. TikTok's own creative guidance recommends landing the proposition in the first three seconds and prioritizing the hook in the first six. A reaction can make those seconds legible before the explanation begins.
But the face is not magic. The reaction creates an unanswered question. The next shot has to pay it off.
A simple structure is:
- Reaction: open on the emotion already happening.
- Hook: add one line that explains what triggered it.
- Proof: cut immediately to the product, screen, result, or demonstration.
- Payoff: return to the person or show the outcome.
- CTA: give the viewer one clear next action.
If the demo does not justify the expression, the reaction becomes clickbait. You may buy attention, but it will be the wrong attention.
Three ways to use the pack
1. Drop a reaction into an edit
Use a clip as the opening or payoff around your own screen recording, product footage, captions, and voiceover. Match the reaction to the claim. A huge gasp for a tiny feature will look fake; a restrained double take may sell it better.
2. Brief a creator with a concrete reference
"Make it more surprising" is a weak brief. A specific clip gives the creator an opening pose, intensity, framing, timing, and gesture to respond to. Ask them to reinterpret those mechanics for your product rather than copying another person's identity or exact performance.
3. Rebuild it with your own avatar in Ghostfeed
The footage can also serve as motion and pose inspiration. In Ghostfeed, choose your avatar, find the reaction you want, approve the first frame, and animate the performance. That gives you a new asset built for your product instead of a generic clip pasted on top.
How to choose the right reaction
Start with the claim, not the loudest face in the folder.
- Use surprise when the product reveals something the viewer genuinely would not expect.
- Use relief when the product removes recurring friction.
- Use skepticism before a demonstration that answers a common objection.
- Use celebration after the proof, not before it, when the result is the story.
- Use confusion or frustration to dramatize the old workflow.
- Use deadpan recognition when your audience already understands the pain.
Then test the same body of the ad with two or three different opening reactions. Holding the proof and CTA constant makes the result easier to interpret.
The fastest workflow
Pick one clip. Write one hook. Put the proof directly behind it.
For example:
Reaction: skeptical look toward the screen
Hook: "I thought AI UGC always looked like AI"
Proof: the generated clip beside the source frame
Payoff: a close-up showing consistent identity and natural motion
CTA: "Build your first reaction in Ghostfeed"
Do not spend an afternoon decorating a weak premise. If the reaction, hook, and proof do not form a clean causal sequence, pick another combination.
A note on usage rights
This pack is provided as a free creative reference and production resource. Before publishing any clip commercially, confirm that you have the rights required for the footage, talent, music, trademarks, and intended channel. When a clip is best treated as inspiration, recreate the reaction with your own talent or an authorized avatar instead of reposting the source asset.
Frequently asked questions
How many UGC reaction clips are included?
The download contains 108 exact-byte-unique reaction videos. Duplicate files and system files were removed from the public ZIP.
What file formats are in the pack?
The archive contains MP4 and MOV video files. Most current editing tools, including CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, can import them directly.
Is the UGC reaction pack free?
Yes. The ZIP is free to download and there is no email gate.
Can I use the clips in paid ads?
Only when you have the necessary commercial rights for the specific clip and its contents. When rights are unclear, use the clip as a performance reference and create an original version with your own authorized talent or avatar.
Can I make new versions in Ghostfeed?
Yes. Open UGC Reactions, select an avatar, choose or upload an authorized reference, approve the opening frame, and generate the motion. It is the fastest route from a useful reaction reference to a product-specific asset.
